I'm a Women's Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, with the sole aim to help women feel more confident in their own skin, through better movement and non-restrictive eating.

I've been passionate about women's health for as long as I can remember and have been in the fitness industry for several year, starting my career teaching exercise classes, which I still enjoy doing now.

A healthy diet is the backbone to a health life. We are what we eat and we must therefore nourish our bodies in order to thrive. This doesn't mean eating only clean, whole foods all of the time, life is too short. It means eating a balance, varied diet of whole foods, some processed foods,eating enough protein, fats and carbs to support our needs and drinking plenty of water.

What we have is a relationship. I will not give you a pre-made plan that you can download online. I will listen to what you want and work with you to help get you there. It's a two way relationship, in that I will guide you every step of the way but you need to put the work in too. Only you can make things happen to better your health and you'll always have me to lean on.

Patience! It takes time to establish better habits for movement, nutrition, sleep, improving stress, etc. Celebrate the small wins. The positive changes you make each day, each week, such as walking more, drinking more water, eating more vegetables, they are all Wins. Consistency is key. You cannot be 100% everyday but if you have a blip or a day when you move less and eat more, understand that it is OK and all you need to do is get back on track the following day.

I love seeing women glow! Seeing you smile when you train, seeing you give it your all, hearing you tell me how proud you are of yourself for hitting your nutrition objective for the week, hearing you say "I feel so much stronger now." All these things make my happy.

As a female only personal trainer and nutrition coach I work solely to support women of any age, mamas and mamas to be. I can empathise with a lot of what you've been through. Having 3 children of my own (each with different pregnancies and labours), having gone through my teens, 20s and now in my 30s, having worked part time and full, I know our lives can be hectic! I want to help you make time for Yourself to better your health!

Yes I can. Personal Training I offer face to face purely because I like to ensure my clients are performing movements corrently and can demonstrate to them whenever I feel necessary. I can also motivate and push you more, when you're with me.
Nutrition Coaching is all online as I can have thorough check-ins with you weekly on a video call.
If you'd prefer online personal training, then this is something I can offer.

Services

I will work with you to establish where you're currently at and where you want to get to. Taking into account the activities you enjoy, I will create a unique programme designed to meet your needs and capabilities.
We will meet once (or more) each week and the session will be between 40-60 minutes.
You will also get:
* Weekly exercise progressions.
* Monitoring against initial fitness and body profiling, every 4 weeks.
* My Support throughout!

You will receive the Personal Training service with the addition of a focused Nutrition Coaching programme.
We will meet once each week to run through your fitness programme and then sit down to discuss your nutrition or, meet once to do your programme and then do the nutrition check-in virtually on another day.
You will also get:
* Weekly exercise progressions with nutritional guidance and objectives.
* Monitoring against initial fitness and body profiling, every 4 weeks.
* My Support throughout!

We will work together to improve your nutrition and help you achieve your goals. I will assess your current nutritional intake and offer guidance on your specific energy requirements, macro-nutrient splits, as well as information on important micro nutrients.
You will also get:
* Healthy recipe ideas/suggestions.
* A weekly virtual check-in, which will also provide you with objectives for the week ahead.
* A review, every 4 weeks, to see how you are progressing in line with your goal(s).
* My Support throughout!
