Ben is amazing! For someone who has always struggled with exercise and felt self conscious when working out, Ben has been perfect. Matthew is a great coach and really helped me to achieve my own goals of losing body fat and getting stronger. Matthew trained me for 6 weeks after I had lost my way with exercise for a couple of years after my first child was born.
Over the course of 6 weeks, my body fat dropped, and my strength numbers went through the roof! I put on 30kg onto my back squat, 20kg onto my Bench press, and 40kg onto my deadlift all whilst maintaining my body weight yet changing my body composition.

I can only echo all the other positive comments. My first contact with Bryant was over three years ago, when I was looking to build upon the basic exercises I had been given to help with back pain. One of my better decisions! Bryant's ability to assess the problem and then produce a programme of exercises and advice to resolve the issue can't be underestimated. My posture has vastly improved and daily movement is now better than it's been in years. The workout sessions are always enjoyable, with room for a laugh too. I invariably end each session with a sense of achievement and that has to be down to Bryant's encouragement and skill to get the best out of me and, I'm sure, his other clients.
