Sarah is fantastic. She’s identified where my problems are and designed strengthening exercises and core work specifically for me. Highly recommended.

If you’re thinking about getting the help of a personal trainer, you could not find one better than Sarah.I know Sarah from taking her Pilates group classes and have seen how dedicated she is to helping others with alignment, posture correction and building a strong core. At first I was apprehensive about the thought of personal training but it was the best decision I've made. I wanted to lose weight, and approaching my mid-fifties was suffering from regular hot flushes. After talking to Sarah she recommended cardio and high intensity weight training would really help my fitness, strength, weight loss and hormones!Sarah has a wealth of knowledge, skill and expertise and helped me set exercise and nutrition goals. She pushes me far more than I would ever push myself, and has introduced me to running, something I thought I could never do. I’ve lost over a stone so far and feel a lot happier now with my health and well being.Sarah is very encouraging and motivating. The sessions are varied and challenging but still really enjoyable. Caring for people and sharing my knowledge about the human body. I really love recorrection work seeing what difference it makes on peoples lives. I have been a personal trainer for many years now and have taught everything but with physio pilates has been the most rewarding so far.

I wanted to reach more people as bad posture, misalignments are becoming more common. Setting up my own classes has given me more flexability to work around my family.

I am constantly updating my knowledge as learning about the body is continuous and forever changing...science moves on. Im a professional person who cares for peoples individual needs and over my teaching years i have gained alot of experience.
