Matthew is a great coach and really helped me to achieve my own goals of losing body fat and getting stronger. Matthew trained me for 6 weeks after I had lost my way with exercise for a couple of years after my first child was born.
Over the course of 6 weeks, my body fat dropped, and my strength numbers went through the roof! I put on 30kg onto my back squat, 20kg onto my Bench press, and 40kg onto my deadlift all whilst maintaining my body weight yet changing my body composition.
I cannot recommend Matthew enough, his dedication and attention to detail really sets him apart, and I really cannot thank him enough for the support he gave me during our time working with each other

Utilising a strength-based interview approach, I figure out what you CAN do, what's standing in your way, and together WE figure out the ideal options for you. Be it habits that are causing negative behaviours, constraints around work or home life, nutritional issues, or just not knowing where to start, together we can find what is going to work for you and keep you consistent.

Consistency, and hard-work. This is the boring answer unfortunately, but great things take time. The hard part is often avoiding those roadblocks (injury, boredom, challenge etc.), but together we can solve these problems and achieve your goals.

Connecting with people from different walks of life. Having lived overseas for a number of years, I just really really love meeting new people, having and impact, and changing lives.

The opportunity to impact more peoples lives than just those I meet in my day-to-day job.
