I am an accredited Level 4 Personal Trainer, Nutrition Adviser and Lifestyle Coach for all ages and abilities in Selby and Ilkley plus elsewhere online. Being a Personal Trainer since 2009, I have many qualifications and a passion to help people, so whether you want to achieve a marathon personal best or be able to walk upstairs pain-free without getting out of breath while getting personalised support and having fun, I can help.

Sam is an excellent personal trainer and I would highly recommend her to anyone. Very professional service. Sam does personalized training sessions and can also offer health and nutrition advice.

Sam is a total pro and took me from flab to fab, cross training me to be stronger and ready for my sport season. Her commitment and knowledge is second to none and I highly recommend Sam for her sessions - both in person and over video. Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I provide consultations to anyone interested in working with me. This enables me, not only to find out about the specifics of any fitness or health and well-being goals someone has, but also about what the client likes, dislikes, lifestyle and any medical conditions. This helps ensure that the personalised plan I create will be what they need, what is appropriate for them and is something they will enjoy.

I do love my job. There's nothing better than seeing someone achieve their goals and achieve things that can last a lifetime. Whether it's helping someone run their first marathon, manage or reduce symptoms and conditions such as back pain, high blood pressure, anxiety and depression, help them be able to sleep through the night without waking up in pain, losing weight they have struggled with for most of their life and having the toolkit to be able to keep it off yet still enjoy life, help prevent medical conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes or build self-confidence, it makes each day a pleasure and it's a privilege to be a part of that.

I decided that being a Personal Trainer was something I really wanted to do and had a passion to help people. Once that decision was made, starting my own business was the natural next step to ensure I could provide the service I wanted to. It was a big step to move from employment but a step that I am pleased I made back in 2009.

Clients should choose a Personal Trainer that is the best fit for them. Check qualifications cover what you want to achieve, we're not all the same and I am happy to talk to you about any of mine. My consultations also allow clients to see if they would like to work with me as a person, I think a client should feel comfortable with their Trainer, trust them and also feel that they'll enjoy working with them. I'm patient, supportive, non-judgemental, compassionate and like sessions to be fun and effective.

I provide sessions via video calls online. The sessions are all 1-2-1 and you get all the support and services that anyone seeing me in person would get, the only real difference is that I am on your phone or laptop etc rather than in the room with you.

Whether you are an advanced exerciser or a complete beginner, generally fit and well or coping with a chronic condition then I can help. I can provide support, motivation, focus and a personalised plan for you that will fit around your circumstances and lifestyle to help you achieve your goals.

Whether you want to lose weight without diets (and then keep it off), know how to fuel yourself well for exercise performance, would like advice on nutrition for the whole family including the children or need help and advice regarding comfort/stress eating then I am qualified to help.
