I worked with Jamie for around 2 months this summer. Jamie created a bespoke training plan to help me achieve my specific targets. His wealth of knowledge and experience resulted in quick progress. Jamie's patience and genuinely caring attitude helped me to stay motivated and positive throughout. I have been working with Jamie for just over a year now and during that time I have seen steady, progressive changes with my weight dropping and my fitness improving. My previous attempts at getting fit were focused on cardio-type exercises involving treadmills and exercise bikes, and Jamie has since introduced me to a range of exercises, including weight training, core work and stretching, and HIITS. The small group classes are well-structured and, most importantly, enjoyable, and this has helped me to keep going whenever I haven't picked a technique up correctly on the first attempt; Jamie is persistent, but also patient, and this makes eventually cracking it all the more rewarding. Jamie is clearly passionate about fitness and getting people to live healthier lives. He has a great deal of knowledge about fitness, the human body, and diet and nutrition, and he is keen to share that knowledge both in the classes and online. Whether you are just starting out or are more experienced, I believe that Jamie will put together a programme that works for you, and with dedication on your part and a supportive environment on his, you will see a positive change to your health and fitness. Had a fab time with Jamie and the group. Superb advice and workout routines tailored to my specific goals. I really liked that Jamie explained why you're meant to do things instead of just telling you to do it, I'm more likely to remember and do things in a more beneficial way. 6 weeks ago I joined this group as I had lost motivation and gained weight. Jamie is patient and non-judgemental. He tailors the programme to suit and makes the sessions fun. I have not only lost weight but I have changed habits. I joined Jamie's fitness group 6 weeks ago having done nothing like it previously. It has been great. Recommend this 100%. Jamie is extremely knowledgeable and uses robust and up to date evidence in his work. It doesn’t matter what level of fitness you start at, everything is adapted and scaled to suit. Jamie has a really good balance of professionalism, enthusiasm, kindness and a sense of humour! It took me a while to make the jump from big group classes to PT as I wasn’t sure if it was for me, but I could never go back now! I started off weighing 79kg. I’ve slowly and steadily lost over 10kg over the last couple of years (including over lockdown). I have a busy and stressful job and I don’t want to constantly diet, Jamie has taught me a sustainable way to lose weight and keep it off, by setting goals and being consistent. At the same time I’ve seen my muscle tone and strength increase significantly, and I’ve achieved so many goals I never thought I could. Jamie is really skilled at making your plan work for you. I carried out a 12 week plan with Jamie to focus on loosing a bit of weight, get some motivation back. It was defiantly the right decision having managed to shift 5kg in the time while also learning to change my daily intake of calories without cutting out any enjoyment of food and drink. Jamie explains the many different techniques calmly and with demonstrations. The workouts were tailored around my working day, with weekly calls to check on progress and allow any tweaks required. My sister was getting married abroad and I was a bridesmaid. Work had totally taken over my life, I was working long unsociable hours, convenient eating, I piled the weight on and lost my confidence. Jamie has helped me change my mindset and habits. I have lost 2 stone and I hit my goal of 9 stone for the wedding! I have learnt so much about my body what works or doesn’t work. Long overdue review for Jamie Brooke - Posting these photos of my body feels so scarey 🙈 - because for so long I haven't felt happy with how I look or how I feel, always putting myself last. But for the past few months I've been working on myself with Jamie's help. He has helped me to not only improve how I look/feel, but also my overall health and building my confidence. I have a knee that is prone to dislocation since I broke my leg as a child, so I had also become quite scared of exercising. Jamie created a training plan that I could fit in and around my busy life, focusing on the key areas of my body I wanted to improve, but also my overall strength. Jamie helped me gain confidence that I could achieve my goals, and after only a few months, I have lost over a stone, I feel a lot healthier and stronger too. I have also managed to kneel on the floor for the first time in 27 years, and dare I say that I actually enjoy exercise now and look forward to going to the gym! - which far exceeds what I expected to achieve. I am really happy with how Jamie has helped me. His knowledge is amazing, he is dedicated to helping, listening, encouraging and understanding clients and their individual needs. I started training with Jamie in May, about 8 months after the birth of my first baby. We set specific strength and weight loss goals which felt massive at the time but I have now either completed or made huge progress with them. Jamie’s gym sessions are fun, he is very knowledgeable and his focus on accountability has been instrumental to my success. I’ve only had 4 sessions with Jamie but he has already helped me more than anyone else. I have seen various people including physios & podiatrists but by looking at my body and seeing which muscles and joints aren’t working correctly the work I have done with Jamie has almost got me running again after almost 3 years which I am very grateful for!

The goal is to help you make fitness a part of your life, this means that you will not only lose weight, get in great shape and build your confidence back, but you'll also maintain it too!

Consistency, perseverance and a reflective attitude.

Everyone has the ability to get amazing results, it's just a case of doing the right things and repeating it for a period of time.

When I see that a clients hard work is paying off. Everything they have learned has clicked and you can see they are a completely different person to the one that first walked through the door.

My own struggles, overweight all the way through childhood with zero body confidence. I joined the Royal Navy and quickly became involved in the drinking culture.

I moved up to nearly 15 stone stone, felt terrible and looked terrible, this was the catalyst for change.

I dropped 2 and a half stone, but the problem for many years was that my weight would fluctuate up and down. I never truly felt in control.

Why? Because I was following a lot of the BS that was so rife at the time. Once I learned to completely simplify my diet and nutrition, I moved back into the driving seat and had full control of my results.

I have become extremely passionate about helping people to avoid the mistakes that I made, so that they can take control of their weight and their health again.

- I myself have been in the trenches and know what it feels like and I have made all the mistakes you probably have. So I can empathize and also help you overcome any obstacles.

- I live and breath this. I never ever thought I would have become a personal trainer when I was younger, but fitness changed my life and I would love to help others in the same way.

- I am passionate about helping people explore their potential. For me this needs to be about more than just weight loss. It's also about making our bodies strong and robust so that it can take anything that life throws at it.

I provide my service remotely initially, once I feel the client has a base level of understanding I can train them remotely.
