Rome wasn't built in a day and neither can a dream body!

Achieving this has to be done over a realistic time-frame and taking all major diet, nutrition and training factors into consideration. Don't be tempted by "fad" diets that promise you big weight loss in short time, you may see short term results, but you will damage your body, your metabolism and will only but the weight back on and more.....

Motivation, commitment and a good realistic training and nutrition plan is key.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My name is Rebecca Anne Wells. I am a mum, I work hard and I laugh even harder. I indulge now and again and still enjoy a party, BUT I know how to ensure this is done in moderation and without feeling the guilt. I can help you feel this too.

​​My passion for training and desire to qualify as a Personal Trainer has developed over a number of years whilst sometimes facing difficult personal and work situations a few health issues along the way.

​​Rather than let these situations beat me, I turned to exercise to help “detox” my brain, improve my strength and feel better about life situations. The results soon made me realise that a healthy lifestyle and exercise can help the body in more ways than one and a regular adrenalin kick is a “treat” for the brain to keep it fresh and alive! I continue to train by these principles and now pride myself to help others achieve the same well-being.
