What inspired you to start your own business?

Wanting to improve my own life I created a no nonsense, simple & direct approach to leading a more healthy and balanced lifestyle. I am no new age guru or preacher. My approach is one of patience, teaching, listening and helping in what way I can from the experiences I have learnt and the skills I have studied.
