Personal Trainers

Very happy with the training I receiced from Nathan, from the beggining the workouts and plan was tailored around my goals and experience after an interview process. Gained valuable knowledge and confidence from Nathans coaching and the resources avaialble online which Nathan has made. He gave the gym a fresh perspective and included excercises which I would have never thought to try, all this backed up by extensive knowledge on the body and nutrition available to you! Nathan is by far the best PT in my opinion I have ever come across. Not because he magically makes everything disappear but because he has a good mentality, training routine, amazing knowledge on nutrition and muscle structure and is kind hearted and helpful throughout every single hour of the day even outside of sessions. His training routines work to the specifications of each individual persons ability which makes them targeted and focused on what you as a client which makes it your own person cantered training approach! He is kind and listens to everything we say as clients, he takes everything on board and uses that to build us up mentally and physically And if all that doesn’t spur you on to this amazing man….. So today is my fifth day of a two week PT trial with Nathan Townsend and I'm very surprised at how far I've come in such a short time. I have gained much more confidence as a person and in the gym, the thought of doing jumpong jack's or other workouts in front of others was scary at first. 🤣 The anxious feeling has really subsided, even when trying workouts that I have never done in my life. I feel like my health has improved and my endurance and ability to do more has increased. I am looking forward to next week now and then I'll be putting what I've learned and improving on my form and reps as I go forward . I have a budget in place now and more knowledge regarding nutrition and excersise all thanks to Nathan's seminars! I would fully recommend Nathan to anyone regardless of fitness level, though you must be willing to put the effort in at least 79% but best to give it 💯. More...

Just finished nearly 4 months of training with Nathan and would 100% recommend his services! It is not about fad diets with him, it is all about a positive change in lifestyle, getting you motivated and building an amazing community of people around you to keep you motivated. I ensure that as we go round the gym and wipe down every piece of equipment that you use and I also wear a face mask if I am closer than 1 m to you.
