I joined #teamrawbootcamp in September after a recommendation from a friend. I’d been to others, but not for a while, and was desperate to improve my fitness, and lose some weight that I’d gained during lockdown! Saturday morning sessions in Penwortham are brilliant. A lovely setting and a PT (Bex) who pushes you when you need pushing and tailors the sessions to varying levels of fitness, always really positive and encouraging. Lockdown part 2 hasn’t stopped us enjoying our boot camps either. Bex has created fun virtual live sessions that we do in the comfort of our living rooms but still being as encouraging as always.
I’ve now joined the run club at Avenham Park on a Tuesday evening too. I am a competent runner, but a lazy one who will happily run at a slower pace to keep it easy. I soon found out that I wasn’t going to get away with that thanks to Bex pushing me. She knows exactly what you are capable of and creates fun but challenging tasks with targets to aim for. Ive already seen an improvement after only 3 sessions.
If you are looking to improve your fitness in a fun and supportive environment then I can’t recommend Bex and this group of ladies enough ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I found RAW personal training when trying to improve my fitness to join the army. Bex was hugely supportive and creates fun and varied workouts to keep you engaged while still pushing you to improve. Definitely highly recommend!

Been training with Becky for awhile now, and I couldn’t recommend her enough.
She’s so friendly, very professional and knows her stuff.
Workouts change weekly and the range of workouts covers all the body!
Seen my fitness get stronger and stronger and my body toning and changing also.

I first met Becky after having my second child in October 2018 having put on weight and lost a lot of confidence in my ability to exercise.

I completed the 12 week Personal Training package, toning muscles, improving my mental health, loosing weight and increasing my cardio vascular fitness.
I learnt new skills in the gym and rekindled my passion for exercise.

I now attend twice weekly group boot camp sessions and can honestly say I struggled to run just a small distance before without getting out of breath however now I look forward to training and completed the Preston 10k!

Look no further you have found the place to train Becky will work with you to ensure you reach your goals and beyond. The PT studio is excellent lots of great equipment and Becky is a friendly motivated trainer.

If you’re local to the penwortham area and want to get fit but sick of the gym and need that extra little bit of motivation - bex is your girl. She will suit a programme to your needs, no matter what ability; she’ll even work out a diet plan for you too. I was suffering with a shoulder injury and back ache and I attended sessions which were suited to strengthening those areas and saw vast improvements. Her set up is amazing. I joined Team Raw a couple of months ago
I like running and competing against myself and trying to better my time, especially when doing the Saturday morning park run. I found myself getting slower and slower each week not knowing really what I was doing wrong.
I joined Team Raw on a Tuesday night running club and within 2-3 weeks I noticed a difference and bettered my time by 3 mins
Bex is a really good personal trainer you just need to explain to her what you want and what you want to achieve.
This girl knows her stuff and I would highly recommend her.
We are on line at the moment on zoom while in lockdown and it is still super amazing

I first met Becky last summer when I joined her bootcamp sessions, then she started up a running club which motivated me to do Preston 10k which I never thought I would manage without Becky and the other ladies support. Raw training is just what I needed helped me enjoy excercising again. I was getting bored of my usual training and wanted to spice things up a bit and feel challenged. Bex creates excellent weekly workouts for me that works all my muscles and I've really felt my stamina increase with my weekly challenges. I've been training with RAW for almost 4 years and love it! Becky is so inspirational, supportive, an excellent trainer, fun to train with on a personal and boot camp level. We have just as much fun on Zoom training as when we all meet up. Becky tailor makes her training so you get what you need and the boot camp training prepares us for events like Pretty Muddy and Charity runs. Can't recommend RAW highly enough! More...

Becky is amazing at what she does. She really cares about your progress and helping you reach your goals. I originally only signed up for a course of 12 PT sessions but I will definitely be coming back for more and keep it going. She is very supportive and makes it fun. Rome wasn't built in a day and neither can a dream body!

Achieving this has to be done over a realistic time-frame and taking all major diet, nutrition and training factors into consideration. Don't be tempted by "fad" diets that promise you big weight loss in short time, you may see short term results, but you will damage your body, your metabolism and will only but the weight back on and more.....
