How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I like to set clear goals that can be achieved and that are specific to that client. I've trained a lady who just wanted to be able to put her cat bowl down without dropping it to people who want to run marathon.
I have bags of enthusiasm and with the right plan anyone can achieve there goal. The key is setting smaller goals that add up and looking at the psychology behind succeeding

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

No secret. Moderation and realising the body's are built in the kitchen and the gym

What inspired you to start your own business?

My granddad started the trend. He owned a gym in south Wales. My parents have run their own business all my life I suppose it was natural progression

I love the fact that i dont know it all. Theres is always something to learn. I love using imagination to come up with new ways to train but the best thing is Watching people exceed their expectations.
