We also have a range of mobile equipment for training at your home or outdoors, to make sure you can get the results you're looking for, wherever you choose to train with us. All of our trainers are level 3 qualified and will help with both training and nutrition.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Before having any training sessions, we offer a free consultation where we find the exact needs and goals of our clients. We will then make a plan going forward which is tailored to the client, with no 2 plans being the same. We will always give 100% dedication and commitment throughout the time we are training our client.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

To get the body of your dreams takes commitment, however this doesn't mean it can't be fun and enjoyable. All of our sessions will be different from eachother and kept fun. It also doesn't mean that your life has to change dramatically, as you can get results with small lifestyle changes along the way, without feeling like you are punishing yourself and your body. At JAGS Personal Training we aim to get the right balance between being fit and healthy and happy with our lifestyle.

What do you love most about your job?

I love my job because alongside my own passion for fitness, I get to help others with both their physically and mental wellbeing. I also love seeing my clients reach their goals, whether that is to lose weight or improving their fitness their is a great sense of achievement helping people do this.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Before stsrting my own business as a self employed personal trainer, I worked in a gym. While I was working in the gym, I realised how many people didn't feel comfortable training is such a busy emvironment, and I wanted to be able to help people reach their goals. To do this I created my own studio which focuses on 1-1 training without anybody else being in the gym. Along side this I have mobile equipment to train at clients houses or in a location they feel comfortable.

We never rush any sessions and listen to the clients needs at all times, to tailor our sessions specifically to that client.
