Adam is a great person. I found him by chance on the internet via a personal training website and have been so lucky because he has been an awesome trainer. He really takes people at heart and tries to understand your limits and is incredibly patient. I suffer from RA and Fibromyalgia and he did a lot of research to understand how to best help me and support me. I recommend him to anyone that is looking for a genuine, caring trainer, especially to those who like me have physical impediments as he has so much to give both from a trainer perspective and a human being. What inspired you to start your own business?
Having been overweight most of my life I lost 5 stone and became a personal trainer. It was a bumpy ride with a lot of pitfalls, I still have a way to go but its well worth it.
