Elaine has been brilliant. Eight weeks ago I could not have jogged a 100 yards let alone 5km in 35 minutes. Not the fastest of jogs mind you but all the same I can do just that. Highly recommend Elaine! I started seeing Elaine at the beginning of the year. I’ve given myself a year to lose 5 stone for my big birthday. I see her twice a week and we change things up every 4 weeks. The exercises are always interesting and challenging but if anything isn’t working then Elaine adapts and changes things so that you don’t get demotivated. I’m already half way to my weight loss target (in less than 6 months) and Elaine’s support and encouragement has been essential in getting me there. She doesn’t shout! She doesn’t push! I absolutely cannot recommend Elaine highly enough! After about 10 years of doing zero exercise I decided to join Elaines running classes by starting on a couch to 5 k course and I was so over the moon to achieve that that I started running the 5-10k class before the last lockdown. I am looking forward to restarting this as soon as possible. Elaines training sessions are interesting, achievable, motivating and inspiring and I always surprise myself with how far I’ve come each time. Elaine really is a fantastic personal trainer, I have been in and out of fitness and tried many workouts/diets over the years. But I started with Elaine 2 months ago for PT and she challenged my perception of form/fitness and how to get the most out of my sessions with her. I always leave every session having achieved something no matter how small and she can adapt workouts all while keeping me challenged at the same time! I have a long journey to go with her, but its my year of health and I know she will me get there. Having been running for less than a year I decided to run the Bournemouth Half Marathon as a challenge for a big birthday year. 13.1 miles looked insurmountable but with the training plans provided by Elaine, which broke training down into something really achievable, I’m really pleased to say that I finished the Half within my target time. I know that no single approach is right for every individual and so I listen to what is important and adapt a programme to suit the individuals wants and needs.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
With our everyday lives being so busy, its not uncommon for us to neglect our bodies. My great passion is showing people how to incorporate fitness into their busy lives whilst supporting them at every step.
What do you love most about your job?
I love to show my clients how being active and healthy can change their lives for good. But the best feeling is the smile on people's faces when they've achieved something that they thought they never would.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been running and a gym user for many years. I am passionate about the importance of being active and healthy so I thoughts, why not put what I do into practice to help others.
