I am Romain Greze, a Level 4 Personal Trainer, Low back pain specialist, Sport conditioning coach and Nutrition Adviser and member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and CIMSPA. My experience of trying to balance a stressful job with a family life is what motivated me to set up YOLO Fitness because life is so short we need to make the most of it by being happy, healthy and active.

A life changing experience with a trusting, understanding and skilled guide.I would highly recommend Rom for your personal training needs. Rom has supported me through various football related injuries to ensure I have been able to get back to fitness working on the damaged muscle groups. His sessions are fun, good natured but you leave knowing you have been guided to a fantastic all body workout.The one thing I love about Rom is he doesn’t “clock watch” he allows you to have a good warm up, warm down and a really beneficial session. Which in the world of PT, is very rare. You truly get the impression although it is a business his clients needs are the primary concern.He is kind, understanding and will adapt the sessions based on your fitness and energy on the day.Rom - thanks for all you do! I’ve been going to Rom for just under a year and couldn’t recommend him more! He’s really helped me to meet my running goals and form and has structured sessions with variety and fun which ensuring that I build my strength and fitness. He’s got the perfect balance between pushing you harder than you’d push yourself but knowing where your fitness/ strength limits are. He’s helped tailor workouts and give lots of advice to help with my injuries! But mainly, he’s a really nice guy who goes really beyond what you’d expect for a weekly PT schedule - he often checks in on how the session was, injuries are, recommends various excellent professionals and offers to do crack of dawn hours long training sessions! Rom is my 3rd personal trainer this year. After 2 bad experiences I had nearly given up. I feel so lucky to have found such a great personal trainer in Rom. He is always so energetic, warm, friendly and helpful. He is really passionate about what he does which motivates me a lot. I love our sessions and find them really fun, he always varies it and challenges me. My confidence has improved a lot since we starting training together. He introduced me to running which I never thought of before. He goes above and beyond his duties to help his clients and is always available and very flexible. I have been so impressed, he is utterly brilliant and I would recommend him to everyone - I have even managed to persuade my other half who hates exercise to sign up! Rom is brilliant Personal Trainer. Since starting with him in 2015 I have smashed several of my personal fitness goals. I am about to embark on the Great South Run - 10 miler, a distance I never thought I would be able to manage. He finds the right balance between pushing and encouraging me, and is very flexible about working around my busy family and work diary. I've recently joined Yolo fitness as I wanted to get my fitness levels back to where they used to be a few years ago. Not only I got fitter but Romain has helped me reach my best fitness level ever! I've always been active but Romain finds ways to push me very hard (harder than I could ever push myself on my own), yet still having fun sessions! I've also just got into cycling which is totally new to me and Romain's experience in triathlons and love for bikes and competition proved very helpful, giving me great advice from fitness tips to what equipment to get etc. I strongly recommend Yolo Fitness, good fun and great results guaranteed! I first met Rom through work when he came in for a 'Wellness at Work' program with the team. As a fitness enthusiast, I was hooked straight away by his engaging nature and friendly, yet challenging approach to getting fit. Since wrapping up the program at work I have continued to train with Rom in preparation for certain challenges. Tough Mudder and the Wellesley 10k proved to be great events and with more to follow, Rom's help, motivation and diverse training methods are a thoroughly enjoyable way to get prepared. I could not recommend him highly enough to anyone looking for a training partner, a mentor to guide you through challenges or a hugely knowledgeable instructor that will push you beyond capabilities you thought possible. I have just completed my 20th session with Rom and I can’t believe the outcome! Not only has my physical appearance improved but I’m finally learning to love my body!
I could start to see a different in my health and fitness after the first month and now after 5 it’s crazy how much I’ve changed.

I've been having weekly sessions with Rom at Yolo Fitness for around 3 months now and the transformation in my physical condition and mental approach to fitness has been amazing. After having some time away from the gym due to personal issues, I needed a kick start and Rom was able to give advice and tailor training sessions to my needs to get me 'back up to speed' so to speak. Each session has been different with a multitude of techniques able to be accessed in his cozy and well kitted out back garden gym including, weights, rowing, kettlebells, bike, boxing, all round general cardio etc. His enthusiasm is infections and he is driven to get the best results for his clients which I feel I am achieving and hopefully will continue to achieve in the future. I would recommend Rom to anyone wanting to improver there fitness, someone who has specific training needs, well any one who wants to succeed in their goals really. I'm looking forward to maximizing my fitness potential with Rom in the future. If you're reading this then maybe you should book and try a session too!! More...

Romain has given me great confidence in my sporting abilities. Thanks to his coaching, he had me running 10km within the first month. That gave me the confidence to enroll myself in mud runs and to the Windsor half marathon. He also taught me that weight training can be fun and it actually gives great results. I have given up many gym memberships within 3 months because I gotten bored. I have been every week for the last four months and have not been bored once. Romain is a great coach. More...

A fantastic, life-changing experience. My time with Rom has given me a new and re-energised view on a healthy lifestyle. His ability to inspire and his enthusiasm for what he does are credits to his character. I have really enjoyed the PT sessions with Rom. He has kept them varied and challenging without being unrealistic about what I can achieve. I can really feel the results; with an increase in upper body and core strength and >4% body fat lost in 20 weeks. Am very impressed and would definitely recommend him to anyone - either for training for a specific event, or (like me) if you are just trying to tone up and get fitter. More...

I have been training with Rom for about six months now and I am really pleased with how he has helped me improve my overall fitness and body-shape. I have run my first 10k race (something which I did not think I would ever do), and am now training for the Great South Run (10m) in October. Rom has a great coaching style which motivates me to push myself further and no training session has been the same, meaning that I have not got bored. The results have therefore been far better and quicker than I when I have previously tried to achieve myself in exercise classes and the gym. More...
