How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Through a combination of tailored health and fitness sessions, nutritional guidance and analysis, technique and postural correction, assessing lifestyle factors, and much more! A key thing I provide is constant support. My clients are able to contact me at any point with any queries and I love to help.
The more I understand about a client, the easier it becomes to help them. I therefore retrieve past information, present, and together we plan when/where/how to get you to your future.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Knowing and understanding how to get there. Training and lifestyle factors vary depending on your goals, it’s not simply a case of “exercise as much as I can and go on a diet”. Some goals require more discipline than others, whilst other goals require you to eat more for example. Each goal has a unique journey ahead of it.

What do you love most about your job?

The interaction with people is great and I get to see individuals making real strides towards their goals. It’s a fantastic feeling when you help someone reach a milestone and you get to witness that look of “YES! I did it!” on their faces. It’s incredibly rewarding.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I had previously worked as a personal trainer part-time alongside other jobs, but I wanted the freedom to train and help more people because I could see how much I was helping my clients, and how many more people could benefit from working with me.

Why should our clients choose you?

I tend to go above and beyond when I’m working with a client to really provide them with exceptional service, and to make them feel at ease and help boost their confidence. I like to educate them too so that they can keep focused on their goal even outside of our training sessions together.
