Personal training with me is true to the name, I assess each individuals past, present and where they want to get to in the future and work with them to create a detailed plan moving forward.
I work with people on various aspects of their lives, not just the fitness side of things, but also nutrition, sleep, social, stress and other lifestyle factors. My aim is to educate clients so that they can sustain their healthy lifestyle and make long term changes, not just achieve temporary goals. Train at your home, work, or a suitable outdoor location.
