Personal Trainers

I have been training with my personal trainer, Scott for the past four months, having sessions thrice a week. I've had an excellent experience working with him. Scott's extensive knowledge and expertise in fitness have greatly benefited my fitness journey. He develops custom workout plans that challenge and push me towards achieving my goals. His attention to proper form and technique ensures that I workout safely and effectively. Additionally, Scott's positive and motivating attitude keeps me engaged and motivated throughout each session. He is always open to addressing any questions or concerns I have, both during and outside of our training sessions. Throughout the past 8 weeks of my online coaching with Scott, I’ve learnt a lot of new exercise routines, the tailored programme has given me structure to my workouts that I would have struggled to do alone!

Incredible! I have had several trainers in the past but none of them showed the support and care that Scott has shown. Every session is just as enjoyable as the previous one. Highly recommend!

We follow principles set by S.M.A.R.T targets. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time. By setting these targets, we create small goals to lead to the overall fitness goal they want. Small steps lead to big leaps.
