How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Exercise prescription isn't a guessing game. Baseline assessments must be completed in order to devise an accurate and measurable fitness plan. Web searches will present many different workout plans and structures but these are NOT specific to YOUR needs!

I use state of the art fitness assessing equipment so nothing is left to guess work. The MONARK 828E is an accurate Ergometer used in medical testing facilities. I also monitor body composition by means of current resistance monitoring.

Education is the key to success. When you understand the requirements you are able to dig into the actual "Doing".

What do you love most about your job?

There is no better feeling than helping people. For many years ive used my expertise to progress my own athletic career. It feels great to give back some of this knowledge to others and provide a superior service that achieves results.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have worked very hard for many years and feel that the work family balance had to change. By running my own business i am able to focus on my passion and help people along the way!

I’m qualified – I’m a Level 3 Certified Personal Trainer. I hold a Premier Diploma in Personal Training, am a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, a Nutrition Advisor and a Master practitioner of NLP. I’m also a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and CIMSPA. I am a qualified advanced personal trainer and Strength & Conditiong coach certified by FFI (Fitness For Industry). Level 2 EB sports coach.
I’m experienced – I am 44 years old and I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over 20 years. I have been involved in the Health & Fitness industry at many levels including a manager of a major franchise here in the UK. I competed as a professional athlete for 15 years. I GET IT! I have worked worldwide devising and delivering structured coaching programmes as a basketball coach including for the Minnesota Timberwolves in the NBA.
