I love dogs and being able to help people create a stronger connection with their pet is my favourite part of the job. Puppy training can be particularly rewarding as well!
I can offer everything from house training a puppy to teaching an adult how to complete an agility course in competition. I specialise in commands and being able to instruct owners on how to handle their pup, as well as teaching them how to better understand their dog. One of the more specialist aspects I train on is separation anxiety.
I believe I offer a great range, including home visits, group sessions, and private one-to-one instructor classes. I’m also happy meeting in a suitable public place such as a dog park. Working with you and your dog, we’ll create a routine that works perfectly.
I have earned qualifications from: the Kennel Club Accredited Instructors, Level 3 CPD Accredited Dog Training, Diploma in Dog Training, and more. I’ve also attended dozens of seminars hosted by leading trainers/behaviourists. I’m a full member of the Guild of Dog Trainers and the Association of Pet Dog Trainers.

Steve at 99 Problems was absolutely amazing with not only our dog Arlo, but also us as dog owners. He listened to all our concerns and tailored a training program to suit our needs. He not only helped with training Arlo, but he also trained us in how to deal with him. He was very reassuring and I know he’s only at the other end of a phone if we need him again anytime. I would 100% recommend him.

We have just started classes and already have found the sense in the methods we have learnt helps to understand how to train. Dominique certainly knows her stuff. We feel very welcome at the club and Dominique fitted our beagle with his harness which I wouldn't have had a clue about Would highly recommend so far.

We have just had a 1-1 training session with Alex and our rescue DDB. Dolly is extremely reactive around other dogs and this has gotten worse since we lost our other dog recently. The training with Alex was money well spent. He correct our handling and improve our lead skills, as well as commands and praise. By the end of our session Dolly was walking well alongside 2 other dogs, and was even happy and relaxed whilst sitting in their company - which was something she only ever did with our other dog and her companion of 7 years. We still have work to do but cannot recommend Alex enough.
