Apex Performance Training
I help people who want to get leaner, stronger and happier achieve their fitness goals. Most of my clients are new to exercise or don't like the typical gym environment. As someone who has lost a third of her body weight I know what it's like to feel heavy and unfit, and how confusing all the different advice can be!
I offer nutrition and lifestyle advice as well as exclusive personal training sessions with full support and assessment along the way. I train clients in their homes, at my studio, in parks/outdoors as well as I have access to full gym facilities where you do not need to be a member if I am training you. You get ongoing support and programming for when you train without me, as well as meal planning advice.
I also offer small group training, I hold regular classes and also do corporate group training. Here I specialise in HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and Circuit training (run like a boot camp but without the scary stuff).
