I've done 2 1-1 PT sessions with Beth so far. She is great, so friendly and helpful with advice. She has definitely motivated my lazy bum to exercise more and get fitter.

Done a hiit bootcamp this morning and I'm not the fitest person around. Beth was great, she set 3 different levels at each exercise station offering encouragement throughout. Great class for all abilities. We were a class ranging from 15 yrs to 55yrs. Would recommend More...

My main goal is to build a trusting relationship between the two of us in order to help you reach your goals.

I won't ever lie to you and set unrealistic goals and targets. Health is my number one priority - especially in female clients who need to keep a specific hormone balance.

Building relationships and watching people flourish. I love seeing women develop week after week, embracing the change of lifetsyle and reaping the benefits.

I got frustrated with seeing women being fed endless misinformation when it comes to fitness and nutrition. From 800 calorie diets to waist trainers there's so much out there guranteed to damage womens health and relationship with food.

As a student of psychology and lover of self development I also felt there was a gap in the market to expand truly beyond the physical of Personal Training and help women improve their relationships with themselves.

I believe in more than just copy and paste training programmes and nutritional guidance.

I seek to change your mindset - in order to change your physical health.

I look at the overall picture. Your past, your mindset, limiting beliefs, health markers and anatomy. You will never be just a number to me, you are a completely unique individual with unique needs that I will 100% cater to to the best of my abilities.
