WildGym was set up by Lucy (a qualified personal trainer) in early 2018 with the aim of empowering regular people to lead happier, healthier lives without needing to step foot in a gym. We offer mobile personal training (in a local park, or at your home/garden) as well as group circuit training and HIIT classes in and around Bath.
Exercising outdoors is proven to boost mental as well as physical well-being, and we want you to leave each class or personal training session with an endorphin high and a renewed sense of self esteem (though expect to break a sweat too!). We use a wide range of techniques including weight training, kettlebells, interval training and TRX to ensure that our training sessions are challenging, varied and effective, but also lots of fun!
Whether you’re returning to exercise after a break, looking for an efficient way to fit exercise around your busy schedule, wanting to remain fit and healthy during pregnancy or post-natally, Lucy can offer plenty of guidance and support.
Whatever your goal (from mastering a press up, to running a half marathon) Lucy will work with you to design a unique exercise programme that’s carefully tailored to YOU, taking into account your likes, dislikes, lifestyle and exercise history. Her aim is to help you become a stronger, happier and healthier version of YOU and there's no one size fits all approach.
Lucy likes to meet with all prospective PT clients before getting started to chat about your goals, and for you to get to know her too!
