I also run a group fitness programme on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5pm, 6pm & 7pm for men and women in their 40's and 50's.

A week on from my first session and i already feel different. My "usual" aches and pains have gone and my motivation is back! ! Kieren is amazing, pushes without being pushy and even coaxes a smile when once i viewed exercise as an "unnecessary evil". Im enjoying it!! Simply put... seeing clients go from a place of unhappiness to a much better place physically, mentally and emotionally.
What inspired you to start your own business?
16 years ago I went to rehab because I was drinking myself to death. After reahab I made a decision to be the best version of myself that I could be and to help others to do the same and I now have 2 studios - 1 in yeovil and another in Glastonbury.

Because I'm passoinate about helping people to be the best they can be and I love watching the transformations unfold. That drives me.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have a big open training space so there is no issue with social distancing and all equipment gets cleaned as we go and we have lots of alcohol hand gels and sprays available to use
