How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I am a down to earth, realistic personal trainer. My philosophy differs significantly. To give some examples, I believe in a healthy and balanced lifestyle where you work hard but can also eat and enjoy a variety of nutritious foods.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I believe in functional fitness training as there is a lot more to health and fitness than just how people look in front of the mirror. It's about helping my clients feel bloody amazing by being able to move pain free, injury resistant and playing with their kids. My methods incorporate and develop many achievable functional movements and patterns. I also hope this helps with mental health and well being.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people, which is why I will invest 100% commitment in what I do. I aim to motivate and empower my clients to achieve there goals no matter how big or small.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had suffered with my own mental health over a significant amount of time and had used the gym to improve this and decided that I wanted to do this for others.

I work at a private studio In Kingswood where I want clients to feel comfortable and positive about health and fitness and not feel body conscious whatever there goals.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Being a small private studio we are able to provide high levels of cleaning in between turn around of clients and manage numbers to ensure safety.
