Cobi makes sessions fun and really enjoyable and will work you hard - you definitely get value for money! All sessions are individualized and adapted to your current circumstances. Started training with Cobi 5 months ago, after originally heading into the gym to find out the ins and outs and I can safely say I'm glad it was him showing me around!
Cobi is a very chill, easy going, understanding and supportive PT! I have a few health conditions which can impact my training abilities from time to time, Cobi has shown the up most respect that some days I may struggle with certain exercises and has adapted routines accordingly whilst in the moment without hesitation! In the same respect Cobi knows my ability and how to push me to my full potential on my better weeks.

Best choice I made!
I first contated Cobi just so I could learn how to use everything in the Gym in the correct manner. I thought I would start with a month or so, and this turned into over a year.
Cobi gets to know you as a person, not only as a client. He helps you find motivation in improving yourself, not only Physically, but also mentally. Helps you manage your goals. Helps you with what food is best for you and that will benefit you most.
You have a tailored plan that is made just for you. Regular check-ins with how your finding the workouts he has set. How is things outside of the gym. As somebody that works in the Hotel Hospitality Industry, Cobi was so flexible. Altered my plan that would benefit from the type of shifts I was doing etc, and my plan wouldn't just be the same week in week out which I really liked.
All in all Cobi helped me be the confident person I am now. I will happily, wear vests & shorts to the gym. I can walk in the gym and know exactly what I am doing, and I now also help friends at the gym.

The secret is to find enjoyment in the type of exercise and you choose. If you enjoy it, then you are likely to be consistent with it.
What do you love most about your job?
I love my job because I get to see people’s happiness when they achieve what they have set out to do. I get to help people realise what they are capable of.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been doing some form of coaching ever since I was a teenager. I first started coaching football and working with children age ranged 6-16. The was through a variety of school work and professional football environments.
Throughout this whole time coaching football and in schools, I was heavily involved in the gym and playing in sport myself. This lead me to begin researching everything health and fitness. I started to take my own fitness journey very seriously and working to improve my own ability. I was so driven to understanding how to perform exercises right and why, this helped me to progress quickly. The feeling of progression is amazing and I want to help people achieve this feeling.
I decided to study a personal training qualification back in 2019-2020 and have been working with a variety of people in multiple gyms ever since and I love seeing people make the changes that they set out to do.

3. Find an approach that works for you and introduce you to a wide range of exercises. Even if you feel as if you know what you are doing, I am here to challenge you.
4. My aim is to help you understand nutrition and how that can support your performance in the gym, which in turn will help with how you feel in every day life.

Yes. You are more than welcome to work with me online. I use a coaching app called ‘TrueCoach’. This allows us both to see workouts, as well as track progressions within the gym, as-well as outside of the gym.
