I've been with Michal for over a year now and he's the best PT I've ever worked with. He listens to my goals and had built my program around that. Sometimes my routine needed tweaking after an injury and he was straight onto adjusting my plan to work around it. I specialise in 1-to-1 Personal Training in Bristol. My track record includes assisting individuals in shedding anywhere from 10 to 55 pounds of body fat, sculpting muscle definition, attaining their desired fitness levels, and equipping them with tools to cultivate healthy eating habits.

I offer online coaching to people who want to lose from 10 to 55 lbs of body fat. I set the individual exercise plan on my training app , help with diet for optimal results and coach clients how to build sustainable changes to avoid eating disorders and yo-yo dieting.
