How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

With personal training, I help this by first understanding the clients true long and short term goals with a free consultation. I then write up a fitness plan/diary which is achievable and comfortable for the client to reach those goals in a realistic time period. Guiding them motivationally and safely all the way until they hit those targets!

With Meditation, I will hold a short 10 minute introduction and consultation, getting to know the clients understanding and experience with meditation. Then seeing if the client wishes to branch off into a certain area more-so, i.e. awareness, mindfulness, visualisation, trauma and stress release, revitalisation and more. I will then guide the client through the certain desired areas into self-discovery and self-love.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

One of the biggest keys to success in fitness is to have fun. If the client finds what area of fitness really connects to them and makes it enjoyable, thats half the battle. Because it then doesn't feel like a chore, becoming fitter and healthier whilst having fun. You can start achieving your goals without dredding but loving the journey all the way, which is how it should be.

What do you love most about your job?

Helping people love themselves more, by putting exercise, nutritional advice and even sometimes meditation into practice.

What inspired you to start your own business?

A few years ago I used to be an 8 stone 6ft addict, I was in the heart of addiction. I was really skinny with a terrible diet. Now I have a beautiful sober life where my dreams truly have become reality, exercise and meditation have been a massive part of that. I am now full of muscle and energy, eat very well cooking enjoyable foods and am the healthiest I have ever been in my whole life. I share the magic of fitness and meditation to my clients.
