One of the things I appreciate most about this trainer is their unwavering support and encouragement throughout my journey. They were always there to provide motivation, guidance, and positivity, which made all the difference in keeping me on track and motivated to reach my goals. I recently had a specific training goal I needed to achieve within 6 weeks and contacted Paul to assist me with my goal. He put together a structured plan to get me there. The sessions were challenging but enjoyable to. I felt fitter each session and just before xmas i achieved my goal. Im so relieved and thankful to paul. Ive decided to continue working with him and improve even more. My confidence is so much better and i believe in myself more. Ive always struggled with motivation & support when trying to lose weight and was in two minds about joining paul. Im so glad i did. I felt at ease right from the start. The workouts are tailored to me and yeah there challenging but fun aswell. I feel im progressing every session and my self esteem is as good as its been in a long time. Goals are achieved by planning sustainable realistic cycles of progression. Preparation is the key to unlocking success. When we have bad days there will be plans in place to overcome and return tomorrow a stronger more determined person.

The secret is patience and repeat. Rome wasnt built in a day so understanding that great things take time is key. Once we have the tools to success we can repeat them each day.

I love the expression of joy when a goal whatever its size is achieved. I like to set mini goals within the main one and achieving them is so inspiring to me and my clients.

My inspiration to start my own business was my own personal journey through difficult times. Id been a very active guy playing many sports, then i sustained a broken back which had a huge effect on me. My recovery was slow but it meant i had to exercise at home, the gym was too much for me. Realising and learning how beneficial home training can be inspired me to start my own business and show others how achievable home training can be. It saved me.

I offer something different with home fitness. Many have stigmas with gyms, many are intimidated by them, many find them too expensive and many dont have one close enough. Well with me theres no intimidation its just you and I. Theres no having to travel as I come to you. Prices are very affordable. I set my session prices to reflect the economic cost of living increases we all are going through. I want to offer my services to everyone.

I dont offer online sessions BUT i do put together extra workouts clients perform outside of our 121 sessions. These sessions are only offered when my client feels comfortable and when i feel the client is ready.

Services

I instruct a variety of mobility exercises such as help with knee, hip or ankle issues. Overall improved mobility is so important as we get older.

Functional Training mimics movements we do each day, making this style of training something our body is accustomed to and yields fantastic sustainable results. Functional Training is the core to the training you will receive.

Improved flexibility makes everyday tasks so much easier. Flexibility allows you to improve fitness levels and improve strength.

The key to weight loss is sustainability. To achieve this we need to plan & prepare for those days things dont go to plan. Without a plan many give up. I will show you how to mentally prepare for the changes, advise you on your nutritional intake and of course design progressive achievable fitness plans.

I love this training style. Good agility not only provides great physical benefits but the mental stimulation & Motivation it provides is second to none.

Something that gets overlooked but good balance plays a big part in overall health. Injuries can be avoided if we have equal weight distribution whilst training.

My additional stretch sessions target areas of concern. Many niggles & injuries can be resolved through a good stretch routine. I offer assisted stretches otherwise known as PNF Stretching which train the body & neurological system to accept & increase flexibility, mobility & improve those pains you may have.

Do you struggle with cravings? maybe you get overwhelmed when shopping or you just don't know what's good and what's not. I have a series of guides that walk you through each of the pitfalls we face with food, then give sound proven techniques & advice to make nutrition a pleasure and keep you focused at all times.
Exercise plays a huge roll with weight control but its nothing without good nutrition. Understanding through proven guides will give you the best chance of achieving.

Not all of us want weight loss. Being under weight is just as stressful as being over weight. With a structured nutritional plan i will put you in a healthy calorie surplus and allow your body over time to adjust its metabolic rate and allow you to put on and maintain weightgains. As the weight increases we can start looking at effective training styles that wont inhibit your gains.
