Hi, I am Marion from MoJo Fitness Harrogate and I specialise in 50 plus fitness - not wanting to put a number on it, but maybe you have a bit more time for you now or you feel you really want to stave off health issues in the future.
I offer a variety of options for Personal Training including SpineSafe Pilates and modern clinical pilates which is offered both online by appointment or face to face by appointment either at our physio facility or in the comfort of your own home. Also, general personal training is offered according to your needs. It's important to do an initial consultation to discuss and agree this together with no obligation. However, I just love to help people achieve their goals at their own pace and have been doing this for the past 19 years.
I also offer a range of small group classes designed to improve strength, cardio vascular fitness and improve balance and posture including Pilates Matwork, Men on Mats, Trigger Point Pilates and Pilates on the Ball, Zumba Gold, Hula Fitness, Cardio Tone, Step n Tone. These take place weekly either on-line or off-line.
You can start with an initial consultation and see how you get on. This is complementary with no obligation to continue. From there, there are other options depending on your needs to do on-line mini courses and workshops via the website, face to face or live via Zoom.
A friendly, warm welcoming, fun approach and client centred. It's not one size fits all here. Each client is taught according to their needs so the classes are small which allows for more individual attention.
I understand how difficult it can be to take those first steps and you already have by logging on here. I like to take a holistic approach because exercise isn't the only aspect to Total Fitness there is also Social, Emotional, Nutritional too!
If the steps are taken together, it's so much easier and if you know you are accountable to someone with a clear plan, you are far more likely to stick with it. I teach an 80/20 rule. 80% of the time you are on it 20% you're not because that's life!
