What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing people get back their confidence. Self esteem is so important and seeing people smile is the highlight. I love seeing people attempt new things and being able to achieve things they never thought possible.

What inspired you to start your own business?

To help make a positive change to people's lives. I have worked in health care for over 10 years - both mental health and physical health and I have always aspired to bring the 2 together to help others lead the happiest and healthiest life possible.
