I signed up for twice weekly PT sessions with Jon a month ago. My core aim is to get stronger (I have the upper body strength of a ten year old). Straight away Jon was committed to building and tailoring a programme that was suited to my lifestyle, exercise preferences and goals. I felt that he really put the effort in to ensuring I had a structured, easy-to-follow programme that will get me to where I want to be.In the four weeks since starting I have noticed so much improvement! Not only am I getting notably stronger but each session is fun and motivational, inspiring me to continue. Jon is really patient, friendly and funny, which makes me feel totally at ease. I have been having 1 session a week with Jon for a few months now. I would highly reccomend Jon to anyone with a fitness goal they are aiming to achieve. I look forward to the seesions each week as they are always interesting and push me that bit further towards my goals.Jon is very friendly and clealy has a passion for fitness and coaching. This is shown during session though full support and detailed explaination at every step. Even after sessions its obvious that Jon puts lots of thought and effort into preparing fitness plans as well as developing his own knowlege further, all of which is benifical to myself and im sure all other clients. Before I start working with Jon my body was very weak. I didn't had much energy at all. And now I feel great, lots of energy, my body looks better and I feel much happier thanks to Jon.

Ive been working with Jhon for a year now. All i caan say what an amazing personal coach he dedicates all his attetion to me and my training , always giving me tips and advice on how to move forward as a person and help me achieve my goals, could not recommend anyone better and nicer to help you train and reach your goals. I love training with Jon, he's always pushing me to go further and achieve my goals when I didn't believe that I could. He's able to give out some fantastic advice on anything fitness related and makes me feel at home and relaxed in the gym when I usually feel really out of place!

Q&As

I provide motivation and coaching to help clients develop long lasting lifestyle changes as well as helping them to new levels with their training.

I also provide acountability to promote consistency in these changes to help people achieve their goals.

Consistently doing the right things the majority of the time.

We all know that we should exercise and eat well but many fail to even get started or soon give up. If you take the first step and make one small positive change, develop that into a habit and then make another small positive change, over time they make a massive difference. Consistently practicing these changes 80 - 90% of the time will get most people a lot closer towards the body they want.

I used to joke that it was getting to turn up to work in shorts, trainers and a hoodie (which is still a perk to be honest).

In reality, I love getting to work with people that want to make a change and are determined to put the effort in. I love seeing them make progress in losing weight and inches. I love hearing about how things they previously found difficult are now easy to do. I love knowing that I am making a difference to those people.

I would honestly have to say it was a combination of the following:

1) My dad ran his own business for a long time and even though it wasn't easy and involved long hours, that work ethic rubbed off on me.

2) I worked in finance for 8 years and I knew sitting at a desk, working for someone else just wasn't the right thing for me.

3) I have been learning about nutrition and training for well over a decade and have so much information and know I can make a difference in helping people and I wanted to share that as best I could.

I have a strong philosophy in continually educating myself so that I can bring the best tools, techniques and information to my clients.

I then work hard to develop that into the best possible Personal Training service to my clients in a way that extends beyond the gym so I can help them more.

Online training has come a long way in a short time and I have found a way to take my in-person service and take it online.

My coaching program contains the following:

- Custom workouts designed for you
- Custom nutrition guide telling you the sort of foods to eat and how much, based on your goals and preferred way of eat
- Access to my client Facebook group which contains manuals, recipes (over 500+) and nutritional coaching help
- Access to my training portal. Access and update your workouts from here. Record your measurements and progress. Exercise library of 1000+ videos and instructions.
- Me! I'm there to support you and answer your questions and make sure you achieve your goals!

On a very strictly limited basis.

I have several packages available which allow you to pick from 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week with me.

On top of that, you get the following:
