I live up north (leeds) and travel down to fakenham for work. This is by far the best gym i have ever been to. Machines are unique, not seen any like then in the UK. staff are also friendly. I stay in kings lynn just so i can go to this gym!! More...

Alex you are amazing ❤️ I suffered a spinal cord injury in March 2019. I am able to walk with two sticks. I have no balance due to my injury. Alex is working me so hard and focusing on regaining my balance. I feel I’ve improved so much not only physically but mentally my confidence is improving with each session. Alex is so motivating and inspiring and always pushing me to do my best. I felt very scared and anxious walking through Hero’s gym doors. Without a doubt I cannot recommend Alexandra highly enough! I was told about Alexandra from a friend so i gave her a call. ....Now I've had sports massages from others who say that they are good but please believe me this lady is by far the best I've seen and wish I had known about her services earlier. I run Ultra marathons and can honestly say what a difference her sports massages have made to my running. I was suggested to Alex by a family member, and cannot recommended her highly enough. I went to her seeking a solution to a a hip problem which essentially meant I couldn’t run without experiencing a lot of pain. I have been seeing her for a few months now, and since rugby season has commenced I have had no pain while running at all. Alex very clearly understands the anatomy of the body and how everything is connected and doesn’t stop expanding her knowledge on the subject. Was a member during my time in Kings Lynn. It is a great gym with all the equipment you could want (weights, machines, and cardio equipment). There are several racks and platforms for squats and deadlifts. They also have a reverse hyper machine and a hip thrust machine which I have found useful while rehabbing my back. There is an area for sled pulling / pushing. It has been recently expanded with additional room for boxing and callisthenics. The owner is a great guy and the staff are friendly and nearly always greet you on the way in and out. I'd still be training there if I was still in KL. The price at £28 is quite affordable. More...

Yet another gym with terrible shower facilities that I’m sure are not cleaned on a regular basis (bad smells give it away). Parking can also be improved - it’s muddy when raining and dusty when dry. Used to be a good place and has off peak time price 15£ per month now no 28£ and no difference. All so no discount for students. I believe in tailoring my approach to each individual client by listening carefully to their needs and understanding what they want to achieve. While I have the knowledge and experience to deliver results, what really sets me apart is my endless care and passion for helping my clients succeed. I genuinely care about your well-being and the results you want to achieve. I am also kind and empathetic, but when the situation calls for it, I can be tough and push you to reach your full potential.

Consistency is key! There are no shortcuts or crash diets to achieve lasting results. Although it's not always easy, it's possible to adapt to a busy schedule or lifestyle. The best way to start is by making small changes, 1% at a time, without any expiration date. In my opinion, diets that force you to choose between certain types of fruit, like strawberries or other fruits, are often ridiculous and don't make sense unless it's a matter of personal preference. These diets were made to fail you, and make you feel like a failure and our emotional state has a huge effect on our eating habits. No different with training, you can't write a 5 days 1.5 hours training to someone who is new to it , neither to someone who can't even make 1,5 hours5x to the gym. Not everyone wants to be or is a full time athlete, if you are of course that again another goal and has to be specific!







There's nothing more rewarding than receiving a hug or thank you from someone who can finally sleep well after struggling with pain for months. Achieving excellent performance and form as a result of hard work is also very fulfilling. I'm passionate about helping people because it's not just a job, it's part of my nature.

Due to the success and busy nature of my face-to-face sessions, I've expanded my expertise to the online world to reach more people. Being my own boss allows me to focus fully on my clients and their achievements. In the past, while working for others, I found myself splitting my attention between helping people and other responsibilities such as cleaning machines. Although I understand the importance of a clean gym environment, I prefer to prioritize helping people. I value my time and prefer to spend it doing something I'm passionate about and good at. Also I don't believe there can be a split attention achieved in any cases. You either pay attention to something fully or not.

When you work with me, you can expect a personal touch. I'll take the time to listen, understand, and care for you as an individual. You won't just receive an automatic email with your program; it will come directly from me. I'll be available to you when you need me, and you'll always be able to book in with me personally. With my expertise and knowledge, I'm confident that I can deliver results for you. However, I believe that being a coach or professional means more than just being skilled in your field; it's also about being a good human and communicating effectively. Services

(sports) rehabilitation should not be confused with physiotherapy. The initial phase of post-injury or post-surgery rehabilitation is the responsibility of a physiotherapist, who focuses on restoring functional joint functions. Once this phase is complete, the patient moves on.

However (after injuries), individuals often feel weak or scared to resume training and moving with more intensity.
They may also feel insecure during daily activities.

This will lead them to avoid/restrict specific movements rather than modify exercises and activities. This underloads the injured tissue (immobilization, restriction), reducing its tolerance and hindering proper recovery.

After thoroughly assessing your movement patterns, physical condition, and posture, I develop a personalized corrective movement, rehabilitation, and strength and conditioning program to help you regain normal muscle function and movement without pain. Additionally, I incorporate soft tissue mobilization and release techniques to enhance your recovery program.
