My wife and I have only just started working with Adam but we’re really enjoying our joint sessions with him. He pushes us hard but equally he knows our limits and we have a laugh with him which we think is important for us.
It feels like Adam can work with all sorts, from novices like us right through to established athletes. It’s early days but we’re really encouraged and think that Adam will make a big difference to our fitness.

Working with Adam has been a revelation. It’s the best thing I’ve done for myself in an extremely long time. Not in the best of health struggling with multiple health issues. Adam is knowledgeable about all aspects of health and fitness. Has achieved so many specialisms in spinal health obesity and diabetes to name just 2. He goes at your pace supporting you to make changes to improve your fitness and well-being and also pushes you if he knows you are holding out and not achieving what you actually can. I have been with Adam about 7 years now. I am 73 years old and the reason I wanted to do something was when an old frail looking man was looking back at in the bathroom mirror. I now have decent muscles in the right place, have increased strength and feel pretty good about myself. There is no gain without pain, which I think is really true.
