We find that the variety of services we can incorporate into our programs help to keep our clients motivated and interested in their fitness. We offer friendly support as well as nutritional guidance.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We will offer a free consultation to discuss individual goals. We can talk about what kinds of exercise the client likes doing. We will work out a plan that will work and will be enjoyable too. We will also discuss nutrition and if required, work out a dining plan.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
We can tell you that! We'd be out of business! The important thing to remember is that nothing is a quick fix, I wish it was. Our successful clients make that leap into a lifestyle change instead of just a 6 week program.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping people, pure and simple. I have had many injuries in my time. I learnt what exercises I could do to aid their recovery. I like helping other people who have suffered as I have. I also love to see my clients reach their goals and targets! It is very fulfilling for both my clients and me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had a full time job job in which I was not happy. My wife gave me the push (and permission) to leave my job and follow my dreams to actually just have a job I enjoyed. I had years of coaching experience and tones of personal training knowledge, this lead me to choose the profession I am in today.
Why should our clients choose you?
I genuinely want to help people get to where they want to be, and I have the knowledge and tools to do this! I am a friendly guy in my forties who has a wealth of knowledge in this field but also in life. I understand that after a day in the office the last thing you want to do is train, but I can help motivate you too! I am also mobile, I can bring fitness to your door as well as provide equipment.
