Received a treatment for a birthday present Fabulous, luxurious venue - I had a great facial and massage from Kim and really appreciated all the extra attention to detail - great products, fresh lime and basil added to the water I was brought and the most spacious treatment room - this all added up to a perfectly relaxing time.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We take into account all aspects of our clients life, from nutrition to posture, wellness to stress, sleep to movement, and core function – we make sure we have all areas covered so they can reach their maximum potential.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
With an over saturated market in health and fitness, knowing who to trust is impossible. So, firstly, receive the correct information that is proven to work. And then, be given the inspiration and support to achieve anything.
What do you love most about your job?
We love seeing our clients experience results like never before, and never get sick of hearing, "I can't believe how easy this is". When finding the right path for each individual after detailed assessing and questionnaires, results happen very quickly, and all without faddy dieting, fashionable exercises, deprivation and misery. Also, overcoming back pain with clients that have been told that their condition has to be accepted, and they have to simply medicate and put up with it. That gives us a real buzz.
What inspired you to start your own business?
With over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, running a large health club and working with hundreds of clients, we recognised a huge problem - results were few and far between. And often, progress went backwards. This inspired us to create the perfect environment for clients to come, where the focus is solely on them and their goals.

This is our niche; offering an environment where every single client experiences real, life-changing results.
