My additional skills include Aikido Black Belt, Taekwondo Black Belt, weight loss advice, and training. I am a certified conditioning specialist and boot camp instructor with extensive experience (army system). How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

I pay close attention to my clients' wants and needs first and foremost. I place a high value on understanding my clients' needs and desires. Before we begin any training, I'll conduct a Par Q health screening questionnaire. To see if any muscles are underactive or overactive, I will perform three movement assessments: Overhead Squat Assessment, Pushing Assessment, and Pulling Assessment. This section of the evaluation is crucial for achieving the client's SMART goal and preventing future injuries. Following a postural assessment, I will create a scientifically proven programme to meet the needs and desires of the client.
