I started PT sessions with Kirsty Parsons in March this year and can honestly say she is a miracle worker. With healthy eating and exercise I have lost 2. 5 stone and gained so much confidence after having my second baby. Kirsty is always available to give me advice and support as well as making exercise fun. We have such a giggle I would recommend her to anyone thinking about signing up!! Thank you Kirsty! More...

Had a great jog/walk along the seafront tonight in our fantastic friendly beginners jogging class. Kirsty and Charlie are so lovely and encouraging, and such enthusiastic motivators! ! Have worked with Kirsty on one2one personal training sessions. Very knowledgable, supportive and gets you working to your full potential which achieves results. Even tho I had to stop the personal training for personal reasons, Kirsty and her team have continued the fantastic support in their free Facebook group. Great start to the week so far, 3 exercise classes last night thanks to Kirsty Davies. Love the variety in the sessions. Then a fab PT session with Kirsty Parsons this morning, loved a bit of the boxing Kirsty you love giving the confidence and motivation to all your clients! I wouldn’t be where I am now if it was down to Parsons convincing me to join her Friday morning 6am class, which I LOVE !!! Now the addiction has extended to Monday evenings club fit, core fit and drum fit!!! And starting PT session with Kirsty to help me hit my goals! Its been 4 years since I participated in any form of physical activity. . . Having 3X hernias put a stop to that. Having had them repaired this year and on doctors advice I have returned to fitness under the watchful eyes of Holly. My back ground in fitness is competitive and testosterone filled. Not ideal when your recovering. I new a different approach was necessary. Holly had posted on FB with availability for new clients. Not having had a female PT I was a little anxious and worried. Those were soon put to rest after our first conversation and PT session. Holly's understanding and approach to my situation has made it work. Its been fun and motivational, although I get the feeling I'm going to get a PT boot at some point to work harder. My current fitness level and limitations are of no concern. Holly's approach has settled me into a new way of training, "less grunt and more consistency". If your new to fitness, returning to fitness and need guidance or a different approach, maybe even a change of pace, I would most definitely recommend Holly. She is very professional and a great PT. Before I started exercising with Kirsty, I couldn't stand exercise...in fact..even the thought of it wore me out! With Kirsty's help I managed to get fit and loose my goal weight for my wedding and more surprisingly. .I enjoyed every second of it. I have had a fantastic time working with kirsty. She got me down a couple of inches around my waist in just under 4 weeks and continued to motivate me. Never achieved results so quickly in such a healthy way before.

I did the 6 week beach body class in June/ July... 3 nights a week.... (Never really exercised before) it was fab, there were a great group of girls and Kirsty is an amazing PT. .. Quite simply, Kirsty is a miracle worker. Without even changing my diet, Kirsty has helped me drop from a dress size 14 to a 12. More importantly the weight has stayed off and been replaced by toned muscles rather than the wobbly cellulite I had before! It's also a bonus that every session is different, so it never gets boring. Kirsty is always cheerful and smiling and we always have a laugh, usually at myself falling over whilst trying to do jumping lunges. I would definitely recommend Kirsty as a personal trainer, she is a star! More...

9 weeks ago I started some 1-1 PT sessions with Kirsty, I had a very low level of fitness following a back injury which resulted in me leading a pretty much sedentary life style for the last 2 years.
Kirsty, has helped me both physically and mentally achieve goals. She has given me the confidence and the encouragement to keep going.
In that 9 weeks I have lost a stone in weight, I have lost a massive 18 cms just off my tummy area! But much more than that, I have started getting my life back, I have masses more energy, my breathing and general fitness have improved and there is much more room in the bath!
I have and have no problem recommending Kirsty to my friends and family (which I have done) Don't be scared - or frightened to contact Kirsty! It will be the best thing you ever do :-)

EDIT - just edited this for 2015! I am now just over the 3 stone lost, 33 cm off my stomach alone....

I started coming to Kirsty's classes back in August 2015 to tone up before my holiday. It's now December and I am completely hooked! Kirsty is so supportive and my initial fear of getting back into exercising totally disappeared. Going to PiYo & Insanity classes just twice a week has made such a difference! I feel more energetic, confident and my body has toned up considerably too. Kirsty always keeps it fresh with new routines and gives lots of encouragement to everyone throughout each work out, which makes you push yourself more each time than if you were just working out at home. So if your thinking of trying any of her classes then don't hesitate, just go for it! (I promise you won't be disappointed). - Fitness has now become a part of my life and I won't be giving it up anytime soon!! Thanks Kirsty! More...
