Yes. In January of last year, before covid-19, I had looked into expanded my business to include an online programme that is just as effective, if not more so, than a gym-based training programme. Removing the hour long sessions and giving you a programme means you can follow the programme more suited to you without the worry of arriving late, falling ill or otherwise unable to turn up to a one to one session.
Working online is the way forward with everything done for you just as it would within a gym-based business: in face... many PT's will CHARGE you to sit down and fill out paperwork, take your measurements, explain everything etc... working online means a FREE phone call is all it takes with everything else sent to you to go through at your own pace.
All PPE within my gym-based, one-to-one programmes are in place with social distancing at all times, masks worn at all times and regular cleaning of all equipment and touch points on a regular basis. No PPE is required for online/remote services.
