I provide the full Personal Training service for my clients. First of all we meet for a consultation where I can get as much informations as possible. What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

There is no secret to getting the body of your dreams. It is all about commitment, hard work and good nutrition.
Consistency, good training plan and nutrition will get you results. Nothing happens over the night but good guidance and support will speed up the whole process.

What do you love most about your job?

The biggest reward for me is when my clients are getting the results and achieving the goals the want.
I love my job because I can help people changing their life, becoming happier, feeling more confident. Participating in exercises and making changes in one's diet will also have a great impact on your health. Healthier people equals happier people and vice versa.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Since I was 8 I have participated in sport. There were mainly team sports such as football, basketball, handball and volleyball. I got involved in gym and fitness when I became 18 years old. After that I have done martial arts for a few years and also got involved in running. I remember that diet and different approaches to nutrition have always been my big hobby.
I was graduated from the Academy of Physical Education and during my University time I haver realised that doing Personal Training and helping others achieving their goals would be something I would like to do in my life.
For me becoming a personal trainer was more like next step in my life and willingness to use previously gained experience rather than one particular thing that would inspire me to become a personal trainer. I think that all I have done in my life led me to sport and fitness industry and now I am able to use my skills when working with people.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have worked with many clients in the past and gained enough experience to help people with different goals in mind. I try to understand every single person and the reasons they want a change in their life. That makes me treat each of my client very individually.
I make our sessions interesting and fun but if it is necessary I will also push you to the limits . All is done in funny but professional way.
You won't regret choosing me as a person who is going to help you to achieve your goals and changing your life.

Personal Trainers FAQs

It depends on your end goal. If you’re training for a marathon, you might work out nearly every day of the week. If you’re a low-level beginner, a minimum of three times a week is enough to make a noticeable impact. No matter what you’re working out for, everyone needs rest and recovery days. Without them, your muscles won’t be able to recuperate and grow strong, so remember to factor in some down-time, too!

Pretty much anywhere! The great thing about personal training is that it’s flexible - as long as you have the necessary equipment, you and your instructor can decide to have your sessions from the gym, your home, the park, or even your office if you want to!

Yes! First of all, they will chat with you about your goals, and discuss the best way to achieve them. They should also ask you to fill in a consent form to check that you don’t have any pre-existing health conditions that could impact your exercise. They’ll also carry out a health assessment to get a better idea of your current fitness level, tailoring your workout plan around that.

It's tricky to say, as personal training sessions vary significantly depending on what you want to achieve and the type of workout. Generally, one personal training session tends to last forty-five minutes to one hour. It will start with a gentle warm-up, followed by the nitty-gritty of the actual workout, with stretches to end the session. Remember, warming up and stretching is essential for injury prevention - it’s just as important as the main part of the workout!

A personal trainer needs to be clued up on all aspects of fitness, from the most effective exercise techniques to nutrition and human anatomy- that’s a lot of responsibility! You need to make sure your professional is suitably qualified for the job. After all, you shouldn’t cut corners when it comes to investing in your health. Make sure your trainer has the minimum qualifications required to practice. In the UK, this is the Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

Absolutely! Online personal training has become increasingly popular as more people are looking to maintain their fitness during lockdowns and gyms closing. As long as you and your personal trainer have a strong internet connection and a device to stream on like a laptop, tablet or smartphone, there's no reason why your session can't be delivered remotely.
