How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
by working together with the client to help them understand how to best move their body to deliver fantastic workouts and the importance of nutrition to back up the training. Its not just about what you eat but also the time you eat, good nutrition should be simple and easily applied to each individuals lifestyle.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
being consistent with any exercise program and nutrition plan but understanding its not about being perfect. Life is about balance and its important with a good health and fitness routine to maintain that. Aim to set fitness goals and challenges that are designed to add value to your life, that get you up each day excited and give you focus.
What do you love most about your job?
seeing the changes that individuals can have and helping people understand where fitness can take them in life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
with 1-2-1 or small group training you can really develop a good understanding of your clients and their wants and needs and be a part of their health and fitness journeys.
