With a dance studio and showers upstairs and a whole ground floor dedicated to CrossFit what more could you ask for. Nutrition, stretch, fundamental courses can all be done as well as a perfect selection of classes run by a variety of coaches or an open gym which you can attend in your own time and allows you to do the work out of the day (WOD).
