As well as being a Personal Trainer, I am also a CrossFit L1 Coach holding additional Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit Kids & Teens and Aerobic Capacity qualifications. I started working in this industry because of my own love of health and fitness, and helping others achieve their goals and seeing their confidence grow alongside this brings me genuine job satisfaction. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Every client is different, and the key is to listen and get to know them as an individual so that I can help them find a way to achieve their fitness goals in a way that is sustainable for them.
There is no ‘one size fits all’ as what works well for one person may not be something that someone else will be able to stick to long term, and this is as important a factor as the sessions themselves.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Consistency and enjoying the process. Health and fitness should be something which improves your quality of life - not something that you feel miserable trying to work towards! I help my clients to find a way to achieve their goals without having to sacrifice their happiness in other areas and in my experience this leads to far better results.

What do you love most about your job?

I love getting to know my clients and seeing their confidence grow as they progress.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I compete as a CrossFit athlete as well as having a past in BodyBuilding, and so for years I have spent a lot of time in the gym and had a lot of people seeing my own results and asking me for help.
Eventually I was helping so many people it was becoming like a second job, and so because I loved it so much I decided to go for it and make it my actual job.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have a genuine interest in the people I train and as well as being a fitness professional, I also have a lot of personal experience of training and so am very relatable to my clients.
My existing clients have achieved brilliant results, and although many people are initially nervous to get started they have all said that they feel comfortable with me and enjoy the work that we do together - which is why many of them stay with me long term and continue to progress as opposed to wanting to go back to their old lifestyles!
