How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
We keep it simple in terms of reaching those goals and we will not bore you with lots of sciency stuff!
Working with lots of ladies all in the same position we have built up a strong community with everyone helping each other !
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Patience , commitment and consistency and the most important part? Enjoyment !

What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting ladies who are all in different positions, have all walked a different walk in life and all have that one goal they are desperate to reach.
Its so much more then personal training though, we are changing your life !
To watch someone come in for their first initial chat , they are usually quiet and their confidence is on the floor and to watch that grow steadily throughout the time we work together is nothing short of awesome !
Yes we will get your the body you have always dreamed off but everything that comes with that is the real life changer !
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to do things on my terms ! Working in gyms before they would always tell you how to run this and how to run that BUT every client that steps through the door is different, I do not run a one size fits all business,
Every lady i meet is unique so each plan is tailored around her, the way it should be !
Why should our clients choose you?
If you are looking for a trainer who is going to shout at you, make you do burpees for an hour and not speak to you till you next come in for a session then i am not your person!
If you are looking for someone who has your needs and vision in mind, will keep you motivated throughout the whole process, will be on your tail each and every day to make sure we are taking the steps forward towards getting you back into THOSE jeans then i' m your girl!
