I live in Bournemouth so it does require a bit of effort for me to get to. Considering there are other gyms/classes a lot closer is a reflection on what I get out of training with PTP. The reasons make the journey over is every session is different, just turn up knowing going to get a good workout. The advice / encouragement you get makes great value for money. There is a members fb group for recipe's workouts motivation. Tim Lizzie and Katie are always happy to answer questions and can provide PT sessions if you have missed a class you want to catch up on.If you want to read a magazine on a cross trainer then this is NOT the place for you. If you want to get a good sweat on, looser fitting clothes and train with like minded people this is the place for you. Best thing I have done is meet tim and Lizzie, a year ago if someone told me I would cut down cardio and lift weights I would of laughed.
