I also trained in Karate Kyokushinkai for 9 years. This hard, full contact martial art helped to really make me the strong person I am today and build up a discipline and consistency in my training. I don’t believe in diets I just think that a healthy way of eating is the key to losing weight and being healthy, I train 5-6 times a week myself using various techniques to stay in shape.

Any concerns my clients may have, weaknesses or injuries, I provide alternatives to build up strength and resilience. One of my goals is to make my clients feel confident in a gym environment.
