I used to be overweight myself & weighed 130kg & used Fitness and Healthy Nutrition combined with hard work and commitment to lose 45kg. So I can understand the process from a personal perspective. I also trained in Karate Kyokushinkai for 9 years. This hard, full contact martial art helped to really make me the strong person I am today and build up a discipline and consistency in my training. ​ I don’t believe in diets I just think that a healthy way of eating is the key to losing weight and being healthy, I train 5-6 times a week myself using various techniques to stay in shape. ​

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

Men, women, old or young, anyone can train to be fitter, healthier and more confident. Any concerns my clients may have, weaknesses or injuries, I provide alternatives to build up strength and resilience. One of my goals is to make my clients feel confident in a gym environment. Giving them the knowledge and guidance so they feel comfortable training one on one or as part of a larger group.

What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

The key is to show up to all your workouts and develop a consistency so your body gets used and can progress. Motivation is key when it comes to workouts but sometimes it can get lost on the way. The most important is that you have someone to push you and remind you the reason you started, someone to help you break the monotony and bring diversification and fun in your workouts.
Yes, workouts can be really fun.... especially legs :)

I'm passionate about helping people to change their lives for the better. During the last years of activity I trained numerous clients and helped them achieve their dream body. Their results its the pure proof that its possible and I can call myself a "Weight Loss Expert".
You just need to Start !!! You need to stop wishing and to start acting !!! You got the power to make a difference between being insecure with the way you feel and look and being the star of your life !!! You don’t need fancy gyms , hours of workout every day , you just need your motivation and you !!!

My clients and my fitness transformation speak for themselves. The last couple of years weren't easy, especially the lockdown period, online training, limited diversification in terms of equipment, and lots of cardio!
I managed to run a couple of half marathons and run a marathon distance too. Each time I improved my pace and I became better.
