I started training with Donna nearly two years ago. My aim was just to lose some weight, and boost a little my confidence. A few months in, I was strong, confident and felt as ever before. Donna is so understanding, has always kept in mind my preferences but at the same time she's firm and clear. I was very nervous about being in the gym and starting PT. Donna spent time speaking with me before I had even booked and this truly helped me to go forward with PT. Donna has helped me incredibly on my weight loss journey but also helped grow my confidence in myself and in the gym. She’s incredibly patient and supportive. I have been working with Donna for about 5 months now, during this time I’ve found Donna to be incredibly thoughtful and meticulous, every single thing she does during our sessions is with an end goal in mind despite the environment being informal and comfortable I can trust that there is thought and planning behind everything we do, whether this is preparing me for exercises I have never done before, that will be included in my upcoming plan, or focusing on particular target areas suited to my abilities and goals. I feel heard in my sessions with Donna, which is mirrored in the support I receive. All of my plans feel specifically tailored to me and with the right support I’m really starting to see results. Xx I’ve known Donna for a long time and she has always support my fitness journey. When I first started I hated working out, was extremely unfit and was over weight. The thought of going to the gym sent me into panic. But Donna helped me focus on my goals at home, helped me with my diet and has always been there when I needed that extra push!! Donna has helped me shape my lifestyle in more than one way, not just physically but also mentally. Being able to confidently walk into the gym and do exercises I never thought I had the capacity to do! I have been working with Donna lifting weights to help with a variety of things. I had a weak shoulder which would jump out of place causing pain. I also had a bulging disc at L1/L2. With Donna's professional guidance I have been able to build muscle around my weak areas which has enabled me to lift more than I thought I could and to also stabilise those areas. My shoulder doesn't drop anymore and my posture is much improved. Donna's knowledge is amazing. Her energy is infectious. The fact she has completed her own journey makes you realise anything is possible if you commit and are strong enough mentally to carry on. Services

Whatever you need from a truly bespoke personal trainer, at DL Training, I’ll give you the workout plan and execution that can get you to your goals as quickly as possible. I’m not like other personal trainers, I provide all of the same fitness services with none of the judgement, helping to create a fun environment for developing yourself and your body in.

I’ll work with you to help you to develop the best form possible, create a consistent schedule to give you the best possible routine and help you to get to the stage of your fitness journey that you want to reach. We’ll work together to ensure that all of your fitness needs are met and that you can take full advantage of the gym at your own leisure, providing you with the full benefits of a personal trainer.

First lets talk about why you might use online coaching.

For some people the thought of personal training can be scary and intimidating, or there may be budgetary reasons preventing them from enjoying the benefits of hiring a face to face trainer. Others may be hitting the gym regularly but feel stuck in a rut.

​These groups of people and more can benefit from an online coaching service that gives professional support without the hassle of attending timed slots in a gym.

​DL Training online coaching is a comprehensive service where you agree your goals and assess your current physical status to measure your progress.

​Once i have this information you are enrolled into the training app where i issue your personally designed workouts through the app, fully formatted with sets and reps that are required. The app also includes demo videos to ensure you get the correct technique. You then save your workouts (once complete) and i can check them and give feedback on our weekly check in.

​The beauty of this app is that it works with gym AND home workouts. So your not limited to any one place of training.

​Nutritional guidance is supplied to ensure you understand what amount of calories you require to hit your goals. I also break these calories into macros, protein, carbs and fats. Don't panic, i explain those confusing things as well.

All clients receive access to my hub of recipe packs, full of over 1000 recipe ideas to help get you started.

​You will not be alone on your journey, with access 7 days a week to myself on email, text and WhatsApp. Zoom calls are also available to help give you support.
