Hello and thank you for reading my profile. I am an independent Personal Trainer with many years experience, specialising in home and outdoor fitness for all ages: pre and post natal exercise, running fitness, strength and conditioning, weight loss/nutrition, sports conditioning, endurance, medical referral and many more.
My approach is simple: the right exercises, the right intensity, safe progression, and good nutrition. The commitment I make to all of my clients is to provide trusted, proven professional support without fads or false promises. Everything is individual to you, in an environment of your choice, and you can be confident that the advice and support you get will be professional, unbiased, focused on your health and right for you.
I radically changed my own fitness in my 30's, and went on to become British Masters marathon champion in 2011 and county medallist in many running distances from 5k upwards. As a mother of two small children, I also understand many of the challenges of fitting health and fitness into a busy life and am able to use my own experience and training to support my clients.
