Hi,
Welcome to Physi-kal training! As a Personal trainer coming from a professional sport background, I believe in the ethos, 'It's easy to make someone sweat, but it's harder to make them better!!' To have goals is just one part of the process, but to reach them and keep progressing you need to build a mobile, resilient, strong body which will help improve posture, reduce chances of injury, reduce aches and pains, improve sporting performance and improve quality of life!

By using training systems that are going to benefit them, taking into consideration......health history, past training experience, current lifestyle, occupation, likes/dislikes, eating habits/nutritional history to name a few citieria. This way I can best design a training programme that is 100% suited to you! There is not much point following a generic fitness plan, we are all different and need to train in the best way for current situation (starting point) to get the body to react and start to make the positive changes that will help reach the target goal!!

HARD WORK!! get consistancy with your training, train hard, eat well, get enough rest and you will get what you are looking for!!! If something sounds too good to be true........It is!! Fad exercises don't work, fad diets don't work, getting ab's in 30 day adverts etc don't work!!! If it was that easy we would all be in great shape. Train hard....get the reward :-).

I just love being in the fitness industry, as i came from a professional sport background, i have been training since I was 15 yrs old, so for me this was the natural progression. I really enjoy meeting new clients and helping push them to be fitter, stronger, faster versions of themselves!! Wheather it's outside, in the weights room, on the pads boxing/kickboxing, throwing kettlebells around, using the battle ropes I love helping people get the best out of themselves and seeing them shocked at how much they can actually do and watching them transform their bodies!! :-)

I've been training since my teens and with my love for sport and fitness it was the only business i wanted to get into!!
