Fantastic coaches; THE BEST with the most incredible team behind the scenes. Highly recommend to anyone. I’m no expert, but I can’t imagine my son being anywhere better to drive his passion and development with brilliant opportunities.

My lad had been going a few months now and absolutely loves it, he talks about it constantly and can't wait soon enough for the next session, All I see is such happy children coming out and I think that's great it's just what barnwell needed. Yes, even my in-person clients do a lot of their training remotely - it's a fare more cost effective and flexible solution. Training is completed using an application available for iOS, android and via the web. It contains a schedule with all your workouts, video examples of each exercise and descriptions to ensure you do everything correctly. Regular check-ins are performed via email, IM, Skype or Zoom as required.

As an ultramarathon runner myself, I can support both the strength training and running aspects needed. I have completed the UTMB Val d'Aran 100 miler, finished third in the Peak District 100 mile Millstone race, and won Escape from Meriden, a 24-hour race. So I know what's involved in preparing for and thriving on long distance runs.
