What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?

Self-love! Showing yourself a little bit of compassion means taking time to care for yourself. Caring through regular exercise and good nutrition will lead to a stronger, fitter, more happy and confident you. So whether your body now looks like that of a supermodel, a bodybuilder, an athlete or anything else, it doesn't matter, because you'll feel happy with what your body can do, rather than focusing too much on what it looks like.

What do you love most about your job?

The smile on your face when you perform an exercise that you never thought you'd be able to do. I love seeing you step out of your comfort zone, try something new and realise you can totally smash it!

What inspired you to start your own business?

Same as above! Time to step out of my comfort zone and see how far I can push myself.
