Personal Trainers

Rich is a fantastic Personal Trainer and I would highly recommend him to you all. He has been working with us over the last three months and we are delighted with results.

He is sensitive to our individual needs, plans our sessions well and is a natural motivator. Most importantly, he is a great communicator and we feel supported in our quest for greater movability and flexibility.

I’ve really enjoyed my training sessions with Rich, I felt comfortable and listened to throughout. It’s been amazing to see results and to have reached my current goals with my training. Rich has been great at explaining the different exercises and has been patient with me as I’ve worked my way through them, always explaining each step clearly and motivating me along the way. I love working with people and achieving the goals we set.

I have been passionate about fitness my whole life. I enjoy working and supporting people and wanted to amalgamate the two.

Sessions are personalised and fun. I want clients to buy into what we’re doing. We will regularly review and reflect on sessions to make sure we achieve our goals.

Sessions can be at home or online, meaning. We can be flexible around your lifestyle , which improves consistency and in turn helps us reach our goals. We can also train at a studio for a higher cost.

We Clean equipment appropriately and will wear masks if clients wish.

Services

One to one personal training. This can be done in a setting convenient to you, either online, at home, in the community or a studio.

Training facilities are a private studio in Shelford and a high end personal training facility in Sawston .
