It turned out that other neighbours had employed another fitness trainer, although I liked Rachel it made sense to employ the same as my neighbours and more economical too.
How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I offer tailored programming, nutrition advice, specific body composition testing and regular progress checks to help clients reach the goals that we have agreed through personalised goal setting setting meetings.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
The secret to getting the body of your dreams is motivation, appropriate nutrition and regular personalised exercise sessions. Not every body is alike, so make sure you are doing what is right for your body type!
What do you love most about your job?
I have always had a passion for health and fitness, and through some injury struggles I have had to gain a keen understanding of physiology to return to the fitness level that I love for me. I love working with people and am incredibly motivated by achieving goals and making people feel well so they can live life to the full.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have always wanted to lead my life as my own boss. I love working for myself - it allows me to reach my own goals in my own time, and work with people in my own schedule. I love being able to work around people's schedules and helping people feel valued because I am able to offer more time to each client.
